Responsibilities

- Champion design thinking workshops to prototype future-facing solutions with multidisciplinary teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen capabilities
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members to inform long-term investment decisions
- Drive sustainable innovation initiatives aligned with ESG principles and circular economy models
- Mentor a team of innovation specialists while fostering a culture of calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching transformative products/services with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects and thought leadership publications
- Strong network of relationships with innovation hubs and research institutions globally
