Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and trends
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite stakeholders and external partners
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental innovation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of leading high-impact R&D initiatives in tech sectors
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting methodologies
- Excellent presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
