Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions with 50+ R&D partners
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI implementation and quantum security
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 500
- Present future forecasts to C-suite executives and government bodies
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
- Drive commercialization of 3+ patented technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 2+ unicorn-scale exits
- Published thought leadership in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum encryption
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Patent portfolio with 15+ granted patents in AI or quantum applications
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
