Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of PhDs and industry veterans in rapid prototyping
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical exponential technology adoption
- Partner with governments to shape policy for 2026+ regulatory landscapes
- Present findings at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our FutureFounders accelerator
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and Fortune 100
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years leading R&D initiatives with 3+ moonship successes
- Published author in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner Hype Cycle mastery)
- Track record of securing $5M+ in government/private innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global collaboration
- Portfolio of 3+ commercialized technologies with >1M users
