Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence
- Lead moonshot projects in neuromorphic computing and neural lace
- Partner with DARPA and NASA for defense/aerospace innovation
- Design ethical frameworks for AGI deployment protocols
- Secure $5M+ in SBIR grants for 2026-era technologies
- Mentor a team of 10+ PhD researchers and futurists
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Bioengineering
- 10+ years in emerging tech commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) standards
