Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Facilitate executive strategy sessions and present future scenarios to stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional innovation projects from ideation to prototype
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership on emerging trends and their societal implications
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures research methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
