Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and global trends impacting 2026 markets
- Design and execute innovation frameworks for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead high-stakes scenario-planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Develop patent-pending innovation methodologies and intellectual property portfolios
- Mentor a 12-person futurist team while driving cross-functional project execution
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors, boards, and global innovation summits
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology innovation roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (Tableau, R, Python)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals or top-tier industry publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech environments
- Global network of futurists, VCs, and academic researchers
