- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Establish innovation frameworks for sustainable product development aligned with 2030 SDGs
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects with 2026 commercialization targets
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government labs for future-focused research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year planning success
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in scenario planning and futures methodology (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling experimental initiatives from concept to market-ready solutions
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent advanced degree in futures studies
