Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and sustainable AI systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, design, and product teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Present strategic innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab team of futurists and engineers
- Patent and commercialize breakthrough technologies in emerging verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Strong background in ethical AI development and responsible innovation frameworks
- Portfolio of launched products or technologies with $10M+ revenue impact
