Responsibilities
- Forecast and map emerging technology trends across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and neuro interfaces through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with market gaps and societal needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic concepts
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Monitor geopolitical and sociocultural shifts impacting technological adoption
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
