- Develop and implement 2026+ innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts in emerging technology domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and executive briefings
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-readiness across organizational DNA
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological signals affecting long-term innovation strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, AR/VR)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
