- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing labs and synthetic biology research centers
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing and decentralized AI
- Design ethical frameworks for human-machine symbiosis and autonomous system governance
- Present future-state visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven strategic recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI applications
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures/innovation journals or conference proceedings
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent methodology mastery
- Experience scaling innovation programs across multinational enterprises
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and global sustainability frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
