- Develop future-proofing frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Represent the company at global tech summits and industry foresight conferences
- Mentor R&D teams on emerging tech adoption and ethical implementation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in translating emerging tech trends into market advantages
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
