Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product/service evolution aligned with 5-year market projections
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with engineering, design, and marketing teams
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and translate vision into actionable KPIs
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurist partners, academic institutions, and innovation labs
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-convergence) into core business strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership on innovation or long-term strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms
