- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate adaptation systems
- Lead scenario planning workshops for disruptive technologies including synthetic biology and neuro-interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized governance models
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-AI symbiotic interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring impact on UN Sustainable Development Goals by 2026
- Present strategic futurescapes to C-suite and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for emerging tech incubation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in foresight methodologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in futures studies or technology ethics (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech implementations with measurable impact
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF)
- Experience scaling global innovation ecosystems across 3+ continents
