Responsibilities
- Map technological, societal, and economic trends through 2030 using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI collaboration and decentralized systems
- Present strategic foresight insights to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists and technologists
- Prototype minimum viable products for emerging markets (Web4, BioTech, Metaverse)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Published thought leadership on AI, climate tech, or digital transformation
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Proven experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture units
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from future-focused initiatives
- Fluency in at least one predictive modeling language (Python/R)
