Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points

- Author trend reports and foresight briefings for executive stakeholders

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
- PhD or Master's in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
