Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Curate and manage a global network of futurist researchers
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of prototyping and scaling future-focused solutions
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent
