Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and commercialize breakthrough technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Translate future trends into actionable business strategies and KPIs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive ethical AI implementation and sustainable innovation practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or R&D with 5+ in futurism/tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar preferred
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
