As a pivotal member of our C-suite advisory team, you'll translate foresight into actionable roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients and internal ventures. This role combines deep technical acumen with strategic storytelling to influence boardroom decisions and inspire global transformation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Curate thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches, industry reports)
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting technology adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation frameworks
