Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ technology trend forecasts across 15+ emerging sectors
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-concept products and services
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present foresight insights to industry leaders at global conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or future scenario projects
- Expertise in systems thinking, complex adaptive systems, and second-order consequences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation initiatives
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
