Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future scenarios
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and incubate disruptive startups
- Design resilience frameworks for organizations navigating rapid technological change
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting innovation ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or other recognized body)
