Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market implications through 2026
- Develop 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product development priorities
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics across business units
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in trend forecasting models
- Exceptional communication abilities for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
