Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ technology and societal trend forecasts using advanced scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging innovations (AI, biotech, quantum computing) against market opportunities
- Design strategic roadmaps for organizational adaptation to future disruptions and paradigm shifts
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Integrate future intelligence into product development and corporate strategy processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented frameworks and scenario planning models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, biotechnology, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future intelligence work or strategic foresight projects
