Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight roles at Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorns
- Published research on singularity technologies or exponential change patterns
- Expertise in scenario planning for climate adaptation and AI governance
- Portfolio of implemented future-back innovation strategies
- Proficiency in quantum computing simulation tools and predictive analytics
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D (>$10M)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
