Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and neuro-interface systems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Caltech research partners
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in regulated industries
- Present strategic foresight briefings to global Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for emerging tech prototyping
- Author industry-defining white papers on 2026's ethical tech landscape
- Mentor a 12-person team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500/Big Tech experience
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (patents preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/neurotech (EU/US/Japan)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese for APAC market expansion
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (e.g., CES, Web Summit)
