Responsibilities

- Design human-centric technology roadmaps prioritizing ethical scalability and accessibility
- Present strategic futures to Fortune 500 clients and government entities
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI in emerging ecosystems
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures for diverse stakeholders
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
