Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neuro-Engineering (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ exponential tech launches
- Published in Nature/Science with >500 citations
- Fluency in Python, Q#, and neuro-symbolic programming
- Active clearance for orbital research stations
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 tech predictions with >80% accuracy
