Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (e.g., metaverse, AGI ethics)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of climate tech, AI governance, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., MFSc preferred)
