Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on human-AI symbiosis and ethical tech governance
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven project selection and risk mitigation
- Mentor a team of 10 futurists and technology strategists through quarterly growth cycles
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026's regulatory landscape
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends: AGI governance, neurotech interfaces, or climate tech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight credential preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental teams with distributed innovation workflows
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on technology convergence topics
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing at least three successful 5-year tech roadmaps implemented
