Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate resilience, biotech convergence) to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-vision into product development cycles
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for 2026 societal challenges
- Author thought leadership positioning Horizon as a 2026 innovation authority
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers

Qualifications

- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies

- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on 2020s societal/technological transitions
- Experience advising C-suite on disruption mitigation and opportunity capture
- Fluency in futures research tools (Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
