You'll collaborate with C-suite executives to shape our innovation agenda, ensuring our portfolio anticipates and capitalizes on the technological, social, and economic shifts of 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough opportunities for 2026+ landscape
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to generate and prioritize disruptive concepts
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive stakeholders for strategic decision-making
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Build and manage an internal innovation ecosystem fostering entrepreneurial culture
- Author thought leadership publications positioning company as future-shaper
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills to articulate complex future scenarios
- Track record of launching at least 3 market-defining innovations
- Deep understanding of socioeconomic megatrends shaping 2026
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight preferred
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation lab settings
