- Produce quarterly 'Future State' reports with actionable market insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Drive prototyping of next-gen human-machine interaction systems
- Advise on ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts to market-ready products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Neurotech)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for high-stakes executive workshops
