Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and disruption preparedness
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
- Quantify market opportunities in emerging sectors (neurotech, climate AI, quantum computing)
- Advise executive team on risk mitigation for paradigm shifts
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic plans
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
