Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical, economic, and tech disruptions
- Architect strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI ethics governance
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development lifecycles
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation incubators for emerging tech ventures
- Publish thought leadership on future trends in industry publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into business strategy
- Experience with Delphi studies and cross-industry foresight networks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
