Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces)
- Author thought leadership publications in top-tier journals (MIT Tech Review, Nature Futures)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Palo Alto Innovation Lab
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and government advisory boards
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Academy program
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' featuring global industry disruptors
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 5+ years in strategic consulting with demonstrable impact on enterprise transformation
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and probabilistic modeling
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent global forums
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Superforecasting)
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in English with additional languages preferred (Mandarin, Arabic, Spanish)
