Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to navigate exponential change and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with AI, biotech, and climate science experts
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 workforce and societal transformation
- Design and facilitate immersive future scenario workshops for C-suite executives
- Build proprietary trend forecasting models using predictive analytics and NLP
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into commercial offerings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic risk assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-ready solutions implemented for enterprise clients
