Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive forces and innovation opportunities
- Produce trend reports analyzing convergence points between emerging technologies and human behavior
- Design strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present executive briefings on future-proofing business models
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and design teams
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech roles
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, backcasting)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term technology adoption
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies
