- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future scenarios with C-suite executives
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in Nature and Harvard Business Review
- Build predictive models using proprietary AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Represent the company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier consultancies (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) or R&D labs
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for emerging market analysis)
