- Develop future-proof business models for emerging markets (Web3, AI ethics, biotech)
- Present trend forecasts to executive board with data-driven scenario planning
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption curves of emerging technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published author or speaker at Davos, TED, or equivalent forums
- MBA or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful market transformations
