Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead executive workshops on disruptive innovation and paradigm shifts
- Author quarterly foresight reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging tech (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future technologies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and Delphi techniques
