Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-casting
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism preferred
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching $100M+ tech initiatives
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Speaker at TED/WEF/Davos on technology evolution
