Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 tech companies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AI)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent preferred
