- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic innovation frameworks
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts and technological disruptions
- Establish KPIs and metrics for tracking future-readiness and innovation ROI
- Author thought leadership content and present at global industry forums

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or technology consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and futurist methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum applications, climate tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to global implementation
