- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future scenarios
- Produce executive-level briefings on disruptive threats and opportunities
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness maturity
- Collaborate with R&D to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Advant board on long-term strategic pivots and resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing multi-year future scenarios
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
