Responsibilities
- Forecast market trajectories and technological paradigms through 2026+ horizon scanning
- Develop strategic blueprints for future-facing product ecosystems and service models
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring adoption and impact of emerging technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on disruptive innovation vectors
- Advise on ethical implications and societal impact of technological evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future technology planning
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published future scenarios or implemented innovation roadmaps
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFP) preferred
- Experience leading global teams in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments
