Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence

- Produce foresight reports on societal impacts of emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish ethical frameworks for exponential technology deployment
- Advise C-suite on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Represent company at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist research
- Proven track record of influencing technology roadmaps at scale
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-shaping initiatives
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
