Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive innovations across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into existing products
- Deliver quarterly trend briefings to the executive board and key stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and build a cross-functional innovation network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting industry shifts (provide portfolio)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major platforms
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
