Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for future market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry transformation vectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness
- Represent company at global futurism summits and tech symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused business models
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, climate engineering, or AI ethics
- Exceptional data visualization and trend synthesis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives within Fortune 500 environments
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
