You'll translate complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps while mentoring our next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends through 2026 lens
- Develop strategic frameworks for long-term innovation pipeline
- Partner with R&D to align breakthrough projects with market evolution
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven narratives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Author thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-gazing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI/ML, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor communities
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused strategic projects
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
